Job Summary: Are you passionate about creating engaging content and supporting audience growth? Join Disney as Coordinator, Programming Kids and play a key role in coordinating Disney Channel’s Spanish YouTube account. In this position, you’ll take care of planning and execution within the YouTube team, help deliver content that captivates millions, optimize performance through data insights, and ensure every piece meets Disney’s high standards of quality and compliance.
What You’ll Do
Plan & Deliver: Prepare monthly YouTube content calendars, highlights, and metadata in Excel, aligned with Programming Director and YouTube team plans.
Curate & Innovate: Coordinate the creation of engaging content such as compilations, sneak peeks, and lifts to boost engagement and reach.
Align & Optimize: Support consistency across platforms with Disney Channel linear schedules and Kids content rollouts.
Analyze & Improve: Monitor key performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.li>
Collaborate & Execute: Work closely with internal teams and technical partners to ensure smooth delivery of channel plans.
Compliance Matters
Guarantee adherence to Disney’s compliance guidelines and local regulations for kids’ content.
Review assets for compliance and assign parental ratings.
Maintain accurate compliance documentation and coordinate with streaming compliance teams.
What We’re Looking For Experience
3+ years managing YouTube channels.
Kids programming experience and audience analysis is a plus.
Education
Degree in Communications or related field.
Skills
Expertise in social media, especially YouTube.
Knowledge of media markets and kids’ content.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical skills for audience and digital performance metrics.
