We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in sales and 1 year in management. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for numerous customers, delivering an exceptional first impression and laying the foundation for long-term relationships.
- Lead sales processes from lead to close; act as the main contact for clients, guiding sales strategies, handling objections, and negotiating successful deals.
- Engage with small and medium-sized businesses across various industries to identify needs and opportunities, initially focusing on Microsoft cloud technologies.
- Provide a world-class customer experience by obsessively prioritizing customer and prospect satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers to maximize upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Articulate the value of solutions convincingly through verbal and written communication, helping customers envision the benefits of Microsoft technologies.
- Convert prospects and qualified leads into tangible opportunities by qualifying them through criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Consistently meet and exceed targets for new revenue, sales pipeline, and product usage; aim for 200 leads and 30 opportunities per month with high daily activity (60-90 touchpoints).
- Utilize social media, digital channels, video, chat, phone, and demos to effectively reach, engage, and manage customers.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to improve business offerings, acting as the "Voice of the Customer."
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch (C1), with excellent spoken and written communication skills, plus fluency in English.
- High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.
- 2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry.
