Our client is a leading SaaS provider operating in the high growth Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) industry.
Through its solutions portfolio, they offer a multiproduct cloud-based SaaS platform and high-value tech-enabled services to help its clients.
ABOUT THE ROLE
To expand their business growth, they are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager.
This person will be leading the growth and expansion of our flagship SaaS platform for contractor and supplier management. You will translate the CPO’s strategic vision into concrete actions, while mentoring and structuring a team of 3–4 Product Managers. This is a key role focused on product discipline, B2B SaaS monetization for SMB segment, and scaling products globally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Drive product discovery using frameworks such as Design Thinking and Jobs-to-be-Done.
* Translate product vision into actionable roadmaps aligned with business goals.
* Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
* Drive a Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy—leveraging the product as the primary driver of acquisition, retention, and expansion.
* Manage 3–4 Product Managers, providing mentorship, direction, and structure.
* Define and track KPIs and OKRs, ensuring a data-driven product strategy.
* Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to ship impactful features.
* Prioritize the backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
* Validate ideas through A/B testing, customer interviews, usability testing, and analytic.
* Lead initiatives to improve contractor monetization and engagement.
* Support the migration of legacy product customers to SaaS.
* Promote a product culture grounded in experimentation, rigor, and accountability.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* 10 years in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS environments
* Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. MBA or specialization in Product Management is a plus. Certifications in Agile or Product Management are valued.
* Proven experience in scaling SaaS products and driving monetization strategies
* Familiar with B2B to SME or B2C models (ideally both).
* Demonstrated experience implementing Product-Led Growth strategies, including self-serve onboarding, freemium models, and product-driven adoption.
* Strong background in product discovery, roadmap planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Hands-on experience with user analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.).
* Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Familiarity with AI-driven features is a strong plus.
* Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Trello.
