What Makes This Role Great
In this role, you’ll be the dual engine of growth for the Italian market, acting as a \"Hunter\" for new logos (50%) and a \"Farmer\" for strategic accounts (50%). You will have the unique opportunity to manage the full sales lifecycle for complex SaaS solutions, directly influencing net revenue retention and making a tangible impact on Trimble's global footprint.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
* Drive Strategic Growth: Spearhead new revenue initiatives and acquire new Small and Medium Businesses (SMBs) across the Italian market to expand our global network.
* Master the Sales Lifecycle: Own the entire process from lead generation to closing, utilizing precision CRM forecasting to ensure high deal velocity.
* Lead High-Stakes Negotiations: Orchestrate complex, price-to-value negotiations to hit ambitious ARR targets and protect contract value.
* Cultivate Key Partnerships: Maximize existing account value through expert cross-selling and upselling of innovative logistics solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
* B2B Sales Expertise: 5+ years of proven success selling complex B2B solutions within the SaaS or logistics industry.
* Bilingual Communication: Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English is required to collaborate with our international teams and local clients.
* Strategic Hybrid Mindset: Demonstrated ability to balance aggressive new business acquisition with meticulous key account development.
Bonus Points
Experience navigating large-scale, private equity-owned global environments or international organizational structures.
