As Manager, Data and Analytics, you will steer the design and delivery of analytics products for your region and functions, aligning with Bacardi’s data strategy. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, adoption, and value realization of analytics products, coordinating across DnA and Tech to staff product pods and manage plans, budgets, and governance. You will partner with business leaders and external collaborators to ensure standards, performance, and timely updates on initiatives. • Own end-to-end delivery and adoption of analytics products for the region/functions
• Coordinate cross-team product pods within DnA and Tech
• Collaborate with Project Management on planning, budgeting and documentation
• Contribute to solution architecture and design
• Lead Regional Analytics Governance Forums and support prioritization of analytics products
• Work with DnA and Operations on enhancements and maintenance requests
• Provide regular updates to BRMs and Business partners and escalate risks
• Inform the integral data and analytics portfolio team about ongoing work
• Assist operations with production analytics issues/changes
• Measure post-delivery adoption and value realization with Change Management
• Serve as primary contact with spoke teams in applicable functions/regions
• Evaluate emerging data and analytics technologies and tools
• Manage vendor relationships to meet SLAs and maximize value
• Align service requirements with partner scorecards and SKAs
