Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), You will be responsible sourcing and closing financing opportunities across the asset portfolio. /ppbr/ppThis position requires a finance professional with experience in structured finance within the renewable energy sector, primarily BESS /ppbr/ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliFinancing Strategy: Design, implement, and continuously refine financing strategies for renewable energy and battery storage projects to maximize long-term value creation. Analyse and manage debt covenants and compliance reporting. Develop tailored financial models and debt structures aligned with business objectives and market conditions. /li /ulpbr/pulliCapital Sourcing: Build and manage relationships with banks, institutional investors, funds, and strategic partners to secure competitive and versátil sources of capital. Structure and negotiate senior and junior debt instruments, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, mezzanine financing, and bonds /li /ulpbr/pulliTransaction Leadership: Lead end-to-end execution of financing transactions, from structuring and negotiation through to financial close, ensuring efficient allocation of risk and capital. /li /ulpbr/pulliMarket Intelligence: Monitor European energy markets, regulatory developments, and investor sentiment to anticipate opportunities and design financing structures that capture emerging value pools. /li /ulpbr/pulliTeam Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing structured finance team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and value-driven thinking. /li /ulpbr/pulliCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with development, construction, asset management, and strategy teams to align financing solutions with business needs and long-term portfolio objectives.
