En INTEGRA, estamos actualmente, seleccionando un RESPONSABLE DE OBRA AUXILIAR (H/M) para nuestra Delegación GUIPUZCOA
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
- Supervisar y coordinar de forma eficaz las obras auxiliares (incluyendo cumplimiento del planning y seguimiento de actividad, calidad de los acabados y control de costes)
- Coordinar con Dir. Obras, constructoras, arquitectos y técnicos las necesidades de obras.
- Controlar unidades en cartera y proceso mediante registro en sistemas internos (SICO+KPI), así como coordinar y seguir dichas unidades.
- Análisis y búsqueda de nuevos proveedores de obra auxiliar así como colaboradores ( arquitectos)
FORMACIÓN: Ingeniería, arquitectura, (formación técnica o relacionado con construcción y obra civil)
EXPERIENCIA PREVIA: Valorable experiência previa mínima de 2 años preferentemente en el sector de la construcción, elevación o afines.
IDIOMAS: Imprescindible fluidez en gallego, se valorarán otros idiomas como el inglés.
OFIMÁTICA: Nível medio o alto de Ms Office 365
OTROS: Imprescindible carné B en vigor y Disponibilidad para viajar por Galicia.
