With a strong focus on sustainability, Ravago is known for providing innovative and resource-efficient solutions. /ppbr/ppThey are currently looking for a strongPeople Culture and Talent Acquisition Lead /strong to support one of their industrial sites based in strongSant Vicenç de Castellet /strong (Catalonia region), which includes production areas, offices, and laboratories. /ppThe person will be part of their People Culture team and will report to the People Culture Manager. /ppbr/ppThis role is focused on supporting company culture, employee development, and well-being. It also includes responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, helping to attract and hire new talent. /ppKey responsibilities include: /pulliPromote a strongpositive organizational culture /strong aligned with the company’s values, helping to create an engaging and supportive workplace. /liliProvide support in strongemployee training and development /strong, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. /liliEnsure strongemployee well-being /strong by implementing initiatives that enhance satisfaction, motivation, and work-life balance. /liliSupport the implementation and monitoring of strongHR policies and procedures /strong at both local and regional levels. /liliEnsure strongcompliance with internal policies and local labor regulations /strong. /liliManage stronglabor relations /strong, helping to prevent and resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment. /liliOrganize strongactivities and events /strong to promote communication and strengthen employee engagement with PC initiatives. /liliLead the strongTalent Acquisition process /strong, attracting, selecting, and recruiting the right talent to meet business needs. /liliManage the strongemployee lifecycle /strong, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring the accurate execution of administrative and HR processes. /liliMaintain strongup-to-date employee data /strong in HR systems and generate reports to support strategic decision-making. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppWe are looking for a person with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar HR roles, ideally in industrial or operational environments. A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. /ppThe candidate must have a very high level of English (C1), especially to conduct interviews and communicate with international teams.
