Responsible for managing social networks and digital communities, promoting a positive image of the organization. This role involves energizing networks and acting as the link between the organization, its projects, and the online community. Also responsible for communication and maintaining relationships with different audiences.
Responsibilities
* Plan and develop strategic digital advertising campaigns.
* Create content strategies for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and analyze data metrics.
* Enhance brand positioning through digital media and optimize digital advertising budgets.
* Manage and monitor advertising campaigns on Facebook Business with specific objectives.
* Create digital content, design advertising materials for social networks, and handle internal communications and general branding graphics.
* Oversee the visual identity and design of the company's brands.
Qualifications
* 1 to 3 years of experience as a digital graphic designer, particularly in social and corporate networks.
* Degree in Graphic Design or related field.
* Advanced proficiency in English.
* Portuguese skills are a plus.
* Knowledge of non-digital graphic design.
* Strong understanding of fundamental design principles such as typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
* Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
* Experience creating digital assets, including emails and social media advertisements.
* Creative and analytical thinking skills.
* A portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
