The Role:
As a Business Development Representative, you are the engine of a high-energy, multinational sales team. Your daily adventures will include:
* Proactively booking qualified meetings through a creative mix of outreach, including email, phone calls, and LinkedIn.
* Taking full ownership of the top of the funnel to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads for the business.
* Researching target markets and key decision-makers to uncover untapped business opportunities.
* Building tailored messaging sequences that actually resonate with modern business leaders.
* Analysing your own outreach metrics to constantly iterate and improve your conversion rates.
* Collaborating closely with Marketing and Sales to align on account-based strategies and brand voice.
* Salary Range: €30,000 - €50,000 + OTE
