What You Bring
* Proven experience (2+ years) as Hotel Manager / Assistant Hotel Manager / Head of Reception / Commercial
* Fluent in Spanish + strong English
* A natural leader with a hands-on mindset
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* A passion for hospitality, people, and delivering great service
* Hospitality degree? Great. Energy and mindset? Even better.
