Senior Paid Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a Senior Paid Acquisition Lead to join our Marketing team and report directly to the Head of Performance Marketing .
This is a hands-on growth role for someone who combines strategic thinking with strong execution. You will not only own acquisition channels, but also identify and drive improvements across the full growth funnel , from traffic acquisition and messaging to landing pages, app experience, conversion, activation, and retention.
You will be responsible for identifying the highest-impact growth opportunities, prioritizing initiatives, executing tests, and collaborating closely with Product, Analytics and Creative teams to drive sustainable growth.
You will also help shape how we leverage AI and automation across paid marketing , identifying opportunities to improve decision-making, efficiency, and scalability.
Who you are:
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth roles within tech companies, marketplaces, SaaS, apps, ecommerce, or other digital businesses.
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads , and other paid channels.
- You have experience managing significant paid media budgets across multiple markets , with a proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes such as sustainable growth, efficient customer acquisition, improved conversion rates, and increased revenue contribution.
- Proven experience scaling acquisition across web and app , optimizing for business outcomes beyond clicks and installs.
- Strong understanding of growth metrics including: CAC , CVRs, Activation, Retention, Cohort performance.
- Data-driven and analytical, able to identify opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and turn insights into actions.
- Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimization, testing, and reporting.
- Experience running structured experiments across campaigns, creatives, audiences, landing pages, or product flows.
- Curious and hands-on with AI and automation tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, AI workflows, cloud AI solutions, etc.) and able to apply them to improve analysis, efficiency, and marketing processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English. Spanish is a plus.

- Own and scale Job Today’s paid acquisition across web and app.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Apple Search Ads, and new growth channels.
- Identify growth opportunities across targeting, search intent, creatives, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Partner with Product, Analytics, and Creative teams to improve conversion and activation.
- Build and execute testing roadmaps to improve performance.
- Use data, automation, and AI to improve how we operate and make decisions.
- Share insights and recommendations with the Head of Marketing and wider teams.
