About The RoleAbout this opportunity Senior professional Project Manager, responsible for the delivery of multiple Hospitality Real Estate projects, including new builds and refurbishments. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectivesPositively engaging with customers and developing, growing and maintaining customer relationshipsDelivering high quality services and deliverables, ensuring that services meet our Customers requirements.Administering contracts as a contract administrator, employers agent or project manager.Acting as the primary point of contact between the owner and project teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives and facilitating effective collaboration among project stakeholders.Producing and presenting to customers.Preparing bids for services.Managing service delivery for profit.Coach and encourage employees to help them develop their full potential.Identify new business development opportunities and drive business growth within the business unit.Advising directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or may arise, on projects; in particular, those that might impact on Gleeds'' professional indemnity (PI) insurance.
