Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional customer experience and resolve issues at first point of contact through online channels.
- Strong focus on quality, with particular attention to detail and accuracy.
- Escalate requests when necessary.
- Promote a “Responsible Gaming” philosophy.
- Stay up to date with rules, processes, and licensing requirements.
- Contribute to the team effort by achieving the required results.
- Participate in onboarding programmes.
Qualifications
- Residence in Melilla.
- Fluency in spoken English and Spanish (minimum English level B1).
- Proven experience in customer service is valued but not essential, as the company provides comprehensive in-house training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with active listening abilities.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt responses to different situations.
- Computer literacy and typing skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts.
- Responsible and detail-oriented.
