Job Summary
The Tour Delivery Manager is responsible for developing and managing regional tour manager teams.
Their main goal is to deliver an excellent on-tour experience by focusing on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team.
Primary Functions:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop annual hiring and recruitment strategy to source top candidates in the industry.
* Training and Team Development: Continue to evolve training strategy through various training models and on-the-road coaching and training.
* Performance Management: Manage each team member to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Support tour enhancements and marketing content through the input and efforts of the regional team.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Collaborate Across the Organization: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers on the road, product enhancements, and new product development.
Knowledge and Skills:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
