Our leasing solutions empower businesses with advanced technology while promoting sustainability throughout.Role purpose: As an Accounts Payable & Receivable you will manage the accounting payable (AP) and receivable (AR) processes A-Z. You'll also assist the Head of accounting on tax related tasks. Reporting to the Head of Accounting, you'll work closely with all internal stakeholders and develop a good contact with external partners. You will take initiatives to guide accounting colleagues, optimize processes, and provide cross-functional support. Are you ready to tackle a new challenge with positive drive and team spirit?Key responsibilities: Daily processing of (digital) supplier invoices and bank statements. Creation and follow-up of customer/supplier accounts. Processing of payments and SEPA DD files. Actively contribute to an efficient credit collection and supplier invoices payment processes. Assist in VAT and other tax declarations. Provide leadership within the Accounting team, taking initiatives to improve processes and ensure continuity of work.Required skills: Accounting degree with a minimum of 3+ years in Spanish companies. Wide knowledge of local accounting principles (Spanish GAAP). Strong leadership skills, with the ability to take initiative and support colleagues within the Accounting team. Experience working with complex systems and in international contexts. Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting software (experience with NAV and SAP is a plus). Fluent in Catalan, English and Spanish. Proactive, efficient, and organized with strong prioritization and problem-solving skills.
