About the Role : HSE Technician
As an HSE Technician at MAHLE, you will act as a risk prevention technician, responsible for risk assessments, technical reporting, supporting safety audits, and managing HSE training for employees. You will be part of our prevention service, focusing on occupational risk and environmental prevention.
Key Responsibilities :
* Support the Prevention and Environment department in all its functions.
* Participate in the company's occupational risk prevention service.
* Conduct risk assessments, update related documentation, and implement measures to mitigate risks.
* Perform ergonomic and psychosociological assessments and help implement risk reduction measures.
* Plan preventive activities and oversee the implementation of corrective actions.
* Assist in preparing periodic reports for the prevention service.
* Provide safety training and information to staff, including ORP training.
* Manage PPE orders, deliveries, and records.
* Investigate accidents and prepare reports.
* Conduct environmental and safety measurements, and prepare reports.
* Coordinate with external prevention services and support audits and inspections.
* Manage staff health surveillance and coordinate medical check-ups.
* Ensure compliance with company-wide safety and environmental rules.
* Support environmental management activities, including audits and training, in accordance with ISO 14001.
Required Skills & Strengths :
* Minimum 3 years of experience in occupational risk prevention services.
* Master's in prevention of labor risks with expertise in safety, hygiene, ergonomics, and psychosociology.
* Degree in Electronic Engineering.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
