About the role
As our Guest Relations Ambassador, you will support the operations of our Apartment for high net worth guests and assist with all events, including Private Client visits in the Village. You will represent the Village as a Hospitality Ambassador, ensuring all guests receive a 5-star luxury hospitality service, providing a personalized and memorable experience, and promoting all services and Village activities.
Key responsibilities
* Offer the ultimate visitor experience by acting as a luxury ambassador for the Apartment.
* Plan guests' itineraries efficiently.
* Greet guests with a warm, luxury welcome, providing concierge services, food & beverage offerings, etc.
* Anticipate and respond to guests' expressed and unexpressed needs seamlessly.
* Promote innovative services such as Hands-free Shopping, valet parking, airmiles redemption, gift cards, etc.
* Highlight current exhibitions, retail marketing, and partnership campaigns to guests.
* Provide insights on brands and exclusive offers within the Village.
* Maintain the lounge area and ensure all operational requirements are met, including logistics, calendar management, inventories, taxi bookings, and communication with relevant teams.
* Adhere to the Village’s standards, procedures, and policies at all times.
* Support guest feedback and queries, liaising with departments to resolve issues promptly.
About You
We seek an individual with the following experience and skills:
* Experience in guest relations, concierge, or Private Client events coordination in luxury settings such as hotels, retail, or events.
* Strong experience with domestic and international guests, with a focus on 5-star service excellence.
* Experience managing the full guest journey, from booking to hosting and follow-up.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy.
* Excellent grooming standards and professional presentation.
* Understanding of luxury customer and guest profiling.
* Creative thinking and flexibility to solve daily challenges innovatively.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
* Engaging, proactive, and informative demeanor.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks effectively.
* Fluent in English and the local Village language; additional languages are a plus.
