Associated Developers Consortium (ADC) is seeking an experienced bilingual Executive Assistant & Operations Co-ordinator to support our CEO.
This is a varied role supporting a fast-moving entrepreneur involved in real estate development, investment and business operations. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented, some legal experience would be advantageous, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing the CEO's diary, meetings and travel arrangements
• Co-ordinating project information and following to ensure deadlines are met
• Reviewing correspondence and business documentation
• Conducting basic research to support business decisions
• Maintaining accurate records, filing systems and databases
• Liaising with lawyers, consultants, suppliers and other business contacts
• Assisting with legal correspondence and administrative matters as required
• Supporting the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the business
Requirements
• Native or bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish
• Minimum 5 years supporting a CEO, entrepreneur or senior executive
• Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively and maintain confidentiality
