Job overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join the FEUGA Foundation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing comprehensive marketing and sales strategies at both national and international levels across all foundation departments and services. This role aims to significantly increase the impact and visibility of the Foundation's activities and projects. The position requires a strong background in multi-channel marketing, digital strategy, and stakeholder engagement within the academic, research, and innovation sectors.
Key responsibilities:
* Marketing Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the Foundation's mission and objectives.
* Create and execute integrated campaigns to promote services, projects, and initiatives.
* Design go-to-market strategies for new services and projects.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis for growth opportunities.
* Maintain brand consistency across channels.
1. Digital Marketing & Communications:
* Manage digital strategies including website, social media, email, and content marketing.
* Oversee online presence and reputation.
* Create content communicating the Foundation's value.
* Implement SEO/SEM strategies.
2. Sales Support & Lead Generation:
* Generate qualified leads and nurture prospects.
* Create sales materials like presentations and brochures.
* Collaborate with departments to craft marketing messages.
* Analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
3. International Outreach & Partnerships:
* Represent the Foundation at international events.
* Develop localized marketing strategies for different markets.
* Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related; Master’s preferred. Certifications in digital marketing or project management are advantageous.
Experience: 3-5 years in marketing management, preferably in non-profit, research, or knowledge-based organizations. Proven success in campaigns increasing brand awareness and lead generation. Experience in B2B marketing, international environments, and budget management.
Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (C1), digital marketing tools proficiency, strong analytical and project management skills, creative thinking, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel and hold a driving license.
