Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team in Spain, focusing on two key brands: Nutribullet and Kenwood. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the product life cycle and brand strategy for these two iconic brands within the Spanish market. Reporting to and collaborating with the Marketing Manager, you will drive growth and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing plans and strategies for Nutribullet and Kenwood in Spain.
* Generate consumer and customer insights to support divisional/brand propositions, drawing launch and in-life consumer campaigns.
* Identify and initiate strategic brand partnerships to expand market reach and brand visibility.
* Initiate and develop brand and product-related communications, ensuring consistency with global brand positioning and guidelines.
* Ensure brand consistency across all assets and channels.
* Track and analyze category and product performance, leveraging data from sources like GfK to derive actionable recommendations.
* Conduct in-depth product benchmarking and testing to assess market competition.
* Create and enhance agency and partner relationships.
* Interface with the Sales/Commercial department to align on all customer-facing communication topics.
* Steer the NPI process and successful product launches.
* Responsible for the BTL budget and budget adherence.
* Coordinate with other Marketing team members, the ATL team (media plan, influencers, content and PR) and Trade Marketing to ensure alignment and brand objectives.
* Support the Marketing Manager in product and experience development.
Job Profile
Qualifications and Education Requirements
* University Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or MBA.
* Proficiency in Spanish (spoken and written).
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Experience
* Previous experience in a similar position (2 years) as a brand manager, preferably within the consumer goods or small domestic appliances industry.
