The is primarily responsible to maintain professional and profitable repair and preventive maintenance service business on Stryker’s products (Procare-Endoscopy & Instruments) while ensuring compliance with the quality system and manufacturer specifications. He/she delivers technical assistance at customer sites and provides documentation to internal and external customers. (Catalonia area). Please apply with your CV in English.

6. Repair and check electronic / mechanical Stryker products
7. Complete annual check and calibration according to MDR on customer site
8. Utilize software and technological tools to maintain proper records, access technical information
9. Assist the regulatory affairs department / customer to action product recalls, field safety notices and field action notices
10. Fulfil Service contracts with planned maintenances
11. Delivery of technical Training to internal & external
12. Perform Installation of Stryker systems on customer site
13. Perform Software & Hardware Upgrades
14. Efficient and thorough documentation of service activities for internal and external reference
15. Ensure traceability of all field-based Stryker products through reporting tools
16. Provide technical support to Internal and external customers
17. Escalade opportunities and issues appropriate team meetings
18. Ensure excellent follow-up on all customer-initiated issues
19. Ensure service provided is invoiced if not under warranty
20. Scheduling of Customer visits in cooperation with Customer service

Educated to degree level in engineering medical electronics and camera technology or equivalent, at least one of the following:
21. Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications / Mechanical / Software
22. Medical Physics
23. Technology Subjects
24. Fluency in both spoken and written English & Spanish (technical and medical)
25. Adequate IT-knowledge (Microsoft Office, ERP & CRM)
26. Up to 1 year experience in medical electronics, combined with good mechanical skills
27. Up to 1 year experience in the hospital environment and health care work
28. IT experience on administrative and technical level
29. Experience and ability to build relationship with internal & external customers to drive brand loyalty
30. Must be capable of working in a varied range of scenarios including the workshop, hospitals, and theatres
31. Must have the ability to prioritize work and manage stress
32. Must possess unwavering ethics & integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment
33. Must have a service- and quality-oriented mindset
34. Ability to think independently, use sound judgment, prioritize, make quick decisions and problem-solve
35. Ability to communicate effectively and work both independently and as part of a team on assignments
36. Travel will be a regular occurrence within the defined region
37. Direct territories: Cataluña, Aragón, Baleares, Andorra.
38. Support in: Rest of Spain.
39. Base location: Barcelona or surroundings -home office (the candidate needs to be based in cities with facilities to travel throughout the designated direct territory).
40. Work type: field-based (50% overnight travel)
