**What we offer**We offer an internship as Innovation Manager trainee in the marketing department, in the Grocery Business Unit. He/she will work with market teams (Spain, France & Italy), R&D;, Finance and also with other functional areas like Packaging in order to identify new innovation opportunities for our business and develop and take part of the on-going projects.**What you will do**- Market analysis for the 3 markets & competitors' innovations follow-up- Monthly follow-up of Affinity's innovations in the natural segment- Participate in the definition and development of new innovations and sustainable projects- Identify market and consumer trends in sustainability and turn them into potential ideas for our brands**What we looking for**- You are studying or have studied University Degree on Business, Economics, Marketing or similar- You are able to sign an internship agreement with your school- English and Spanish are our main languages. Other languages such as French, Italian or Portuguese will be highly valued!- Good analytical skills- Ownership and responsibility- Project Management: organizational and planning skills- Positive mindset, passionate and teamwork spirit- Proactive attitude- Influencing & communication skills- Entrepreneurial skills: versátil, self-confident, action oriented**Our Company**Affinity Petcare is more than an international animal feed company.
