Job Opening: SAP HR/FI-AP Specialist
Location: Madrid (Hybrid project)
Role Overview: This role is responsible for defining, building, delivering, and maintaining Finance business applications aligned with client strategies, specifically Cytric and its integrations with systems like Workady and S4H.
Team Focus: Enhancing Digital Business Solutions (DBS) and Digital Transformation Services (DTS) to improve client performance through process automation, standard solutions, and security enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify automated solutions for travel and expenses from high-level business requirements.
* Propose system solutions during feasibility studies, ensuring end-to-end consistency.
* Advise process owners on functional solutions, maintaining process and tool standardization and integration.
* Validate detailed requirements and ensure solutions meet expectations.
* Design functional specifications based on business needs and analyze impacts on existing processes.
* Guide solution construction, perform tests, and create user documentation.
* Lead solution delivery, ensuring timely implementation and user adoption.
* Provide application support and propose enhancements for process improvement.
* Manage resources and coordinate activities of technical and functional teams.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Over 2 years of experience with S4H and Cytric or similar travel expense tools, including participation in implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
* Experience with SAP TME, SAP HR, SAP FI-AP, and their integrations.
* Knowledge of business support functions and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Degree in Finance & Accounting or related field.
