We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to take ownership of a diversified portfolio of IT projects across SaaS, infrastructure, and business applications, with a strong focus on Finance and Procurement solutions. This is a hands-on leadership role with delivery responsibility and visibility across multiple business areas.
Must Have:
🔹 +8 years of experience managing IT projects end-to-end.
🔹 Proven background delivering SaaS, infrastructure, cloud-based projects (preferably AWS) and application projects.
🔹 Proven experience delivering IT solutions in Finance or Procurement domains (e.g., SAP, Workday), not merely as an end user but as part of the implementation and delivery process.
🔹 Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, or guide junior or mid-level IT PMs.
🔹 Hands-on experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies, and navigating complex IT governance frameworks.
🔹 Strong stakeholder communication skills across tech and business.
🔹 High level of Spanish and English (spoken and written).

We are not looking for PMO profiles, Infrastructure Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Support Managers, or candidates with primarily Telecom or AI project experience.
