Job Description Purpose of Role The purpose of the Head of Department (HOD) role is to provide strategic leadership and management for their specific academic department, ensuring the development and delivery of a high-quality, coherent curriculum that aligns with educational standards and school goals. - 5+ years of experience in departmental management.
