We’re working with a leading aviation organisation to appoint a QHSSE Manager to drive safety, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple stations in Spain.
This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of Quality, Health, Safety, Security & Environmental standards across a complex, multi-site operation.
The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for shaping and embedding a best-in-class QHSSE culture, ensuring full compliance with aviation regulations, and driving continuous improvement across all operational sites.
This is a high-impact, strategic role with strong visibility across leadership, customers, and regulatory bodies.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading QHSSE strategy across all Spanish operations
* Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, ISAGO, ICAO & IATA standards
* Driving risk management, incident investigation & corrective actions
* Leading internal & external audits and regulatory engagement
* Developing Business Continuity Plans & Emergency Response Plans
* Delivering training, awareness, and cultural change programmes
* Acting as the Aviation Security lead (PNS compliance)
* Partnering with senior stakeholders across operations, airlines & authorities
What We’re Looking For
* 10+ years’ experience in QHSSE leadership within aviation / logistics / industrial environments
* Strong background in ground handling or air cargo operations
* Deep knowledge of ISAGO, IGOM, ICAO & IATA frameworks
* Proven ability to lead xhfqzwm multi-site, international operations
* Strong experience in auditing, compliance & continuous improvement
* Recognised Health & Safety certification
* Fluent in Spanish & English
* Comfortable with regular travel across Spain
