Responsibilities
* Analyze business needs related to Securities Finance and translate them into clear technical requirements and well‑defined, development‑ready user stories.
* Collaborate with development squads to design and implement innovative solutions, actively participating in refinement sessions, functional design, and process improvement initiatives.
* Perform functional and integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
* Produce technical and functional documentation for assigned projects.
* Manage communication between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring proper alignment between business and delivery.
* Contribute to the definition of technology strategies to optimize processes.
* Identify risks and propose effective solutions to mitigate potential issues.
* Support end‑user training on newly implemented tools.
