Overview360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team. Your role will consist of generating opportunities from top priority, highest potential accounts. As the owner of these accounts, you will be in charge of creating business opportunities for DACH Account Executives through inbound and outbound leads qualification. You will leverage bleeding-edge Sales Development Techniques & tools to engage prospects.
This position will play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline. More specifically, you will be in charge of your territory to qualify inbound and outbound leads and pitch our product to interested prospects. Throughout your conversations, you will detect customer pain points, understand their context, and how we can help. You will evangelize collaborative learning in the market, and present the 360Learning value proposition.
Working in close collaboration with your coach, marketing operations, demand gen, and sales, you will benefit from thorough onboarding and continuous learning & coaching opportunities as you grow.
Responsibilities
Within 1 month, finish onboarding and begin your core role as a BDR
Within 1 month, master the pitch and qualification methodology
Within 1 month, start qualifying leads and create your first opportunities for the AEs
Within 3 months, fully master our tool stack and ramp up
Within 3 months, act as a partner to the Account Executives
Within 3 months, qualify your first SQL opportunities
Within 3 months, master how to prioritize inbound and outbound leads pipeline and forecast performance
Within 3 months, polish qualification method to an advanced level
Within 3 months, master our tool stack SalesLoft, LinkedIn's Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
Within 6 months, be fully ramped on inbound and outbound methodologies
Within 6 months, achieve and exceed monthly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads
Within 6 months, partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and bring innovative lead generation ideas to weekly meetings
Within 6 months, research trends and best practices for creating interest and engagement
Within 12 months, contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and share knowledge with the organization
Within 12 months, be involved in the onboarding of new team members
Skills & Qualifications
First experience in a B2B SaaS environment, as a BDR, SDR or Inside Sales
Previous experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound
Preferred but not mandatory: experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Active listening skills, ability to uncover customer needs and adaptability (fast-paced environment)
Native German and fluent English (B2 level or equivalent) proficiency
