The business works with corporate buyers, investors, and supply chain stakeholders to deliver
high-integrity carbon and decarbonization solutions, with a strong focus on
nature-based, land-use, and agri-food related climate initiatives .
This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity for an experienced business development professional with a strong network across the
Voluntary Carbon Market (VCM), Scope 3 decarbonization, and agri-food sustainability .
Key Responsibilities
Drive lead generation and commercial pipeline development across
VCM and agricultural supply chain decarbonization initiatives
Build and manage strategic relationships with
corporate sustainability teams, food & agriculture companies, investors, intermediaries, and carbon credit buyers
Lead commercial discussions, due diligence, and partnership processes
Support commercial strategy, go-to-market positioning, and sales materials
Represent the company at industry events and strengthen market visibility
Monitor market developments across
carbon standards, Scope 3 reporting, FLAG / land-use frameworks, and sustainability regulations
Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or commercial partnerships within
voluntary carbon markets, climate finance, agricultural sustainability, or decarbonization
Strong understanding of
carbon certification standards and Scope 3 / xpzdshu land-use related decarbonization frameworks
( must-have )
Existing network with
corporate buyers, agri-food sustainability leaders, traders, project developers, or intermediaries
Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Experience from one or more of the following
climate finance platforms
carbon trading houses / brokers
agri-food sustainability platforms
