Our Team:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Product Owner to join our team, specializing in the Accounts-to-Report (A2R) domain. Come join us with your deep understanding of financial processes, expertise in digital product management, and passion for driving continuous improvement.
Main responsibilities:
Product Strategy:
1. Develop a deep understanding of the business processes and our current application landscape
2. Develop and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the A2R domain, aligned with the company's overall strategic objectives.
3. Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends.
Stakeholder Management:
4. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including finance leaders, IT teams, and end-users, to understand their needs, gather feedback, and prioritize feature enhancements.
Requirements Gathering:
5. Work with Business stakeholders to capture business needs, elicit high-level requirements, and define user requirements.
6. Work closely with Digital and Business analysts to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring that the product backlog is well-defined and aligned with business objectives.
7. Coordinate between digital and business stakeholder groups to deliver prompt, efficient, quality service.
8. Champion user-centric design principles, ensuring that the A2R digital product meets the needs of end-users while providing an intuitive and seamless user experience.
External Partners Management:
9. Coordinate with external partners, including consultants, vendors, and service providers, to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
10. Provide guidance and oversight to external teams during solution design, development, and deployment phases.
11. Monitor partner performance, deliverables, and adherence to quality standards.
Foster strong collaborative relationships with external partners to maximize value and efficiency.
Solution Ownership & Management:
12. Responsible for support model
13. Support product adoption on a large scale
14. Collaborate with the business owner to facilitate product adoption
15. Ensure the proper functioning of services on a large scale
16. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the A2R digital product and regularly monitor performance against targets, identifying areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement:
17. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging feedback from stakeholders and end-users to iteratively enhance the A2R digital product over time.
18. Participate in any related project as required.
Experience:
19. 8+ years of solid business experience and very strong expertise in Account to Report, including experience in digital platforms, technologies, and systems.
20. Project leadership skills and expertise with an experience of implementing ERP and digital projects, including A2R related tools such as Blackline, Cadency, Nakisa, Workiva, etc.…
21. Solid experience in integrating complex, cross-corporate processes, and information strategies, including technology planning and execution and policy development/ maintenance.
Skills:
22. Understanding in working with agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence)
23. Project management, collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills.
24. Experience with multi-geography, multi-tier service design and management.
25. Conceptual and analytical thinking – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements or strategies.
26. Knowledge of technological trends.
27. Experience managing environments with significant change management needs.
28. Good communication skills, ability to reconcile different stakeholder interests.
29. Capacity to reconcile multiple change workstreams and structure into concrete project dependencies.
Education:
30. Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or equivalent required.
31. Advanced technical degree preferred.
Languages:
32. Fluent spoken and written English.
