Responsibilities
* Performs data entry into HR systems, updating employee records, contracts, and payroll inputs under supervision.
* Supports preparation of standard documents, forms, and reports for managers.
* Schedules interviews, training sessions, and meetings, ensuring accurate coordination and timely communication.
* Handles employee queries on basic HR topics, redirecting complex issues to senior staff.
* Assists with filing, archiving, and maintaining organized documentation for compliance.
* Prepares simple status updates and shares progress with delivery coordinators and managers.
* Learns and applies standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency in execution.
* Supports colleagues on ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.
