An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Global Strategy, Governance and Risk Team. This area is responsible for defining state of the art information security policies, standards, guidelines, processes and templates for DEKRA Group, aligned with DEKRA business strategy and under consideration of relevant regulatory requirements such as TISAX or ISO 27001.
Main tasks for this new opportunity:
1. Assist in the management and reviewing of Information Security documentation.
2. Participate in maintenance of business process documentation.
3. Attend meetings of the Information Security Group and support Awareness Team with enough topics to ensure that employees are properly trained and support Enforcement Team with materials to go through audits and gap analysis.
4. Develop and maintain the Information Security Employee Platform within Governance scope (Management of the central policy documentation library).
5. Creation and provisioning of process templates and evidence documentation forms to accelerate and support ISMS implementation on global, regional and local levels.
6. Support to RISO, LISO and Managers who have to implement DEKRA policies in their area of responsibility.
7. Assist in the management of recorded incidents using the risk management system (GRC tool) and follow-up recommendations/actions as and when required.
Qualifications:
1. To be considered for this role you must be qualified to bachelor’s degree level in information security or have equivalent demonstrable skills, knowledge, and experience.
2. 4 Years of required experience.
3. Information Security Experience focused on Governance and Risk, at least 2 years.
4. Good knowledge and understanding of security policies, audits, governance, and risk compliance frameworks including industry and security best practices.
5. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Applications (Sharepoint, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
6. Active Listening and good communication skills.
7. Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
8. Ease of adapting to changes as needed.
9. Remain calm under high pressure/difficult situations.
10. Fluent in Spanish and English.
11. Strong written and verbal Spanish and English language skills.
12. Fluent written and verbal German language skills.
13. Available to travel internationally.
14. Occasional business travel possible.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in related industries.
2. Experience working with specific technology that would be a nice to have.
3. Experience in a specific sector that could be an asset.
4. Fluency in another language that would be a plus.
