Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time. As a Business Development Specialist, you will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. Key responsibilities include developing client relationships, driving sales growth, collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue objectives, and providing exceptional customer service. You will also analyze market opportunities to inform strategic initiatives and contribute to the company's expansion goals.
Qualifications
Proficiency in lead Generation and market research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
Excellent communication skills both in English and Spanish. Other language is a plus
Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and develop data-driven strategies
Excellent customer service abilities for building and maintaining client relationships
Product-oriented skills for B2B
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and teamwork skills
Min 2 years of experience in a technology-related firm is desired
Previous experience in business development, operations, sales, or a related role is an advantage
Knowledge of the industrial systems space is a plus
