As part of our growth, we are looking to incorporate a Senior Planner for a large-scale industrial project.
🎯 Mission of the role
We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to provide comprehensive support to an industrial project during the engineering, procurement, and construction phases, ensuring proper coordination across all technical disciplines and compliance with milestones, deadlines, and the overall project schedule.
🛠 Key responsibilities
* Develop and manage the project schedule across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
* Coordinate cross-functional disciplines: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping, among others.
* Review, validate, and monitor schedules submitted by contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and commitments.
* Continuously integrate and update partial schedules into the overall project plan.
* Participate in both brownfield and greenfield projects.
* Organize and lead progress meetings, reporting, and schedule updates.
* Act as a technical point of contact with all project stakeholders.
👤 Requirements
* Engineering degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar).
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in industrial project planning.
* Proven experience in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of industrial plants.
* Experience in large-scale projects in Spain with top-tier companies (construction firms, engineering companies, installers) is a plus.
* Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills.
* English level B2 minimum (mandatory), C1 preferred, as it is the project language.
* Availability for immediate start.
