Job Description:
As HR Intern, the holder of the position will be responsible for supporting the HR Local Team in their tasks.
Within a global team, they will be responsible for providing support to our fast-growing business in Spain.
Reporting to the HRBP in Spain, they will work with the other regional team members based in Madrid.
We are looking for a dynamic, passionate and motivated individual to join the HR team
Main duties and responsibilities:
Draft job descriptions and post positions via external job boards
Screening resumes registered in our job offers or jobs inbox
Conducting phone interviews in order to manage initial recruitment stages
Support with internal employee platforms
Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, responding to employee inquiries, track and update HR Files, etc.
Skills and education:
Studying Psychology, Law, Business Administration, Labor relations last year or similar studies.
English: Advanced (B2)
Advanced level of Microsoft office: Excel & Power Point
Main skills and personal attributes: Structured and very organized person, excellent communication skills, empathetic and customer oriented, problem-solving mindset, proactive and curious
Specific skills and competencies:
Independent and self-motivating personality.
Ability to work under remote management.
Strong resolution orientation, interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
