WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform enabling employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without compliance risks. We are looking for talented software developers to help build our next-generation platform. You will report directly to our Head of Engineering and be among the first team members. Our platform already serves 500+ clients, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, and Flix, and we aim to grow further.
What you will do
* Plan, develop, operate, and own our workation and business travel platform.
* Set up cloud infrastructure and choose frameworks and technologies with the team.
* Develop backend software using Spring Boot and Java.
* Build frontends and UIs with Typescript and Angular, collaborating with product managers.
* Work on innovative topics using state-of-the-art technologies, learning and growing in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you need to succeed
* Passion for technology and coding.
* Experience with Spring Boot and Java for backend, Angular and Typescript for frontend, with the ability to work in both areas.
* Interest or experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
* Knowledge of automated build and deployment processes using git and container solutions like Docker.
* Familiarity with DevOps topics such as CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and SIEM.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented, remote environment with a strong sense of ownership.
* Fluency in English.
