We are a flexible, fast-adapting team, mostly working remotely with various communication tools. /ppbMission and responsibilities /b /ppWe seek a senior professional currently working in retail credit, specializing in credit cards, for admissions and portfolio management. You will collaborate across functions, regions, and products to develop and monitor the portfolio, ensuring profitability and performance. You will be involved in new initiatives, business improvements, and adapting to regulatory changes. /ppThe ideal candidate will have a comprehensive view of retail credit card management, expertise in defining admission processes, and data-driven decision-making skills balancing risk and profitability. You will lead initiatives for preventative and reactive actions to mitigate credit risk and enhance portfolio profitability. /ppbMain tasks include : /b /pulliDefining underwriting and enhancement policies aligned with business needs. /liliCollaborating with risk modeling teams to develop credit risk models for admission, fraud prevention, and limits management. /liliManaging risk appetite based on business cases. /liliMaintaining policies, procedures, and controls. /liliWorking with stakeholders on project development. /liliOptimizing intake processes and controlling risk assumptions. /liliDetecting emerging risks and implementing corrective actions. /liliCollaborating with recovery teams to address deteriorating receivables. /li /ulpbRequirements /b /pulliOver 10 years of retail credit management experience, with at least 4 years managing credit card portfolios, understanding the full customer cycle and balance sheet support. /liliBachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, math, economics, or management. /liliKnowledge of IFRS9 credit provisions. /liliStrong analytical skills in profitability and risk KPIs, including modeling (cost of credit, VMG, NPL, PD / LGD). /liliExperience in the European credit market. /liliUnderstanding of credit and behavioral scoring models for credit cards. /liliProficiency with visualization tools (Quicksight, PowerBI) and programming (SQL, Python, Spark). /liliFluent in English and willing to work in an international environment. /li /ulpbWhat we offer /b /pulliImmediate integration into a dynamic, growing company. /liliStart-up mode with Grupo Santander support. /liliCompetitive salary and benefits. /liliOpportunities for growth within the company and group. /liliParticipation in international projects. /liliExcellent work environment with social activities (currently virtual). /li /ulpbInterested in growing with us?
