Position
Spanish-speaking Customer Care & Technical Support Specialist for a world-renowned premium technology brand, based in Greece (Athens or Thessaloniki).
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from Spanish-speaking retail customers.
* Assist with product inquiries, sales support, aftersales service, delivery-related questions, and basic technical troubleshooting.
* Support customers with orders, warranties, repairs, and replacements, providing a premium customer experience.
* Use multiple browser-based tools and a virtual desktop system; full product training is provided; complex cases are escalated as necessary.
Qualifications
* Spanish language proficiency C1 or higher.
* Good English language skills.
* Previous customer service experience (required).
* Comfortable using multiple applications and browser tabs.
* Affinity for technology and technical products.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
