Job Description:
An opportunity for Support in Manufacturing Engineering has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space in San Pablo, Sevilla.
Responsibilities:
1. Translate approved maintenance documentation into shop floor documentation.
2. Quantify the costs (effort, materials) of the work, provide build processes and work orders (BOM, tasks to be performed).
3. Act as the interface between the maintenance organization and other stakeholders such as customer, CAMO, and Program office.
4. Provide technical solutions for issues arising during MRO activities.
5. Ensure compliance with applicable site and national regulations (e.g., Part145/M requirements).
6. Support the shopfloor throughout MRO activities, from Offer/ROM phase, event preparation, execution, to handback of the aircraft to the customer.
7. Coordinate activities with Services and Design Office to create documentation, fine-tune repair dispositions according to approved maintenance documentation, and serve as the technical point of contact with Engineering Services for repairs not included in approved documentation, based on the level of delegation.
Inputs include:
* Program Directive, Service Bulletins, Technical Publications (IRF, AOT, etc.), Maintenance Manual (including suppliers' MM), Airworthiness directives, customer approved documentation.
