To support the next phase of growth we are looking for an exceptional and experienced Technical Director to work alongside the founder / CEO. This is a diverse and varied leadership role that will sit at the top table and be instrumental in shaping the future of the business.
About the company:
The in‑house team are focused on developing exceptional villas & residences. For more than a decade, they have been delivering the highest quality in the design and construction of real estate projects. Constantly on the lookout for ways to harmonise living and residing, they strive to create contemporary, sophisticated living concepts, full of personality.
All About you:
You will come from a solid construction and development background with exceptional skills and knowledge across the technical side of high‑end construction projects. Ideally, you will have up‑to‑date working knowledge of design and build projects in Spain, being aware of all the most recent regulations, planning procedures and costs. You will be able to demonstrate how you have led and developed in‑house teams of 20+ across disciplines including architecture, design and construction.
You will be a hands‑on operator, who leads from the front, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards. You will be happy in a client facing role, regularly communicating with discerning clients. You will drive efficiencies across cost and delivery, reporting regularly to the CEO and Board on project status.

What you need in your locker:
* Languages – Fluency in English and Spanish – additionally German would be great!
* A Degree in Engineering or Construction – or equivalent
* Exceptional Leadership – proven leadership and development of internal multi‑disciplined teams
* Experience delivering high‑end / luxury residential projects in Spain
* Strong commercial skills – excellent financial acumen, investor reporting
* Stakeholder management – capable of communicating clearly with clients, contractors and colleagues
* Growth mindset – developing your team and actively scoping the market for opportunities – building your network and representing your company
