What You'll Be Working On
* Assisting the merchants at all stages of cooperation
* Processing the onboarding of new clients, including control of the compliance process, and legal and commercial negotiations with the merchants
* Introduction of the company’s acquiring services to the merchants, preparation of presentations for the sales process
* Maintaining long‑term business relationships and daily communication with merchants
* Being a single entry point for any requests of our key customers and providing high‑level customer service and prompt resolution of any issues that a client may have
* Carrying out actions such as approval rate control, upsell, traffic analytics, etc., in relation to merchants in order to maintain and increase the company’s earnings on a daily basis
* Planning each client’s development strategy in order to increase the client’s involvement in the company’s earnings increase
What You Need To Succeed In This Role
* 2+ years of experience in Client Success or Business Development roles
* Mandatory experience working with merchants in the e‑commerce sector
* Willingness and ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
* High sense of responsibility and ownership
* Strong communication skills, including daily cross‑team collaboration
* Excellent written and spoken English (B2 or higher) and fluent Russian
