Key Responsibilities
- Document Review: This role involves the receipt of incoming documents, including:
- Reviewing the documentation associated with the received material according to the quality requirements (QR).
- If the documentation is accepted, the following steps are necessary:
- Implementing it in the client's system.
- Filing the associated documentation, both in paper and electronic format (Inspection Guidelines, Certificates of Conformity, etc.).
- If the documentation is non‑compliant, the following steps are necessary:
- Coordinating with the quality department responsible for defining the QR to determine the appropriate course of action (rejection of the material, request for further information, etc.).
- Physical Inspection: This department is responsible for the physical inspection of items, including:
- Physical inspection of incoming materials.
- Opening of REACs/ICSs.
- Supplier claims.
- Purges.
- Inspection of materials for shipment.
- Review of materials for schedule changes.
- Management of materials in transit to suppliers and rework.
Work Experience
- ISO 9712 VT, PT, MT, UT, RT Levels 2 and 3 certifications in the Welding and Metalworking sectors.
- Knowledge of quality assurance according to standards (ISO, DIN, EN, ASME, PECAL, etc.).
- Knowledge of FROSIO/Surface Treatments Level 3, or NACE CIP2, etc.
- Knowledge of FMECA analysis.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies (KAIZEN, 6 Sigma, SCRUM, Agile, etc.).
- Knowledge of CREO and PDM LINK.
- Vocational Training/Technical Engineering studies.
- English level B1/B2.
