Your Responsibilities
Acquire new customers independently via phone, working with qualified leads and selling pet health insurance to pet owners. Through professional and friendly advice, you will continuously grow your customer base.
Communicate with qualified leads through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat .
Prepare tailored insurance offers and follow them through to a successful closing.
Contribute to various internal projects within the team.
Your ProfileWe are looking for someone who has:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or phone‐based sales/customer service role, with strong communication and customer handling skills.
Fluent German (required). Good English skills are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in dynamic, multitasking environments.
Familiarity with Office / Google tools.
Proactive profile, customer‐and‐goal oriented.
