Danish Speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager
Location: Barcelona, Spain
Work Model: Hybrid | Full-time (39 hours/week)
Role Overview
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and helping them build high-performing Google Ads (PPC) campaigns. You will work closely with businesses in the Nordic market, supporting their digital growth through strategic, results-driven advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
* Onboard a portfolio of new clients and manage their Google Ads campaigns
* Make outbound calls to promote and sell digital marketing services
* Understand customer objectives and offer tailored advertising solutions
* Set up strategic PPC campaigns with immediate impact and long-term performance
* Drive upselling and increase campaign spend
* Manage and update customer data using CRM tools
* Handle a high volume of daily outbound calls
* Build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Requirements
* BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent experience
* C2 Danish & C1 English
* Minimum 20 months of experience in sales and/or marketing (client-facing roles preferred)
* Strong presentation, communication, and content-writing skills
* Experience working with CRM tools and customer data
* Ability to work independently while meeting targets
* Confident, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
* Comfortable using AI tools to improve daily tasks and outreach
* Strong business understanding and analytical skills
Nordic Market Expertise
* Deep understanding of Nordic business culture and etiquette
* Ability to identify growth-potential companies
* Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
* Experience handling complex questions around ROI and platform integration
* Knowledge of GDPR and data-privacy-focused outreach
* Ability to position Google Ads as a strategic, integrated solution
