The Marketing Manager – USA Portfolio and Outreach is based in Madrid and plays a pivotal role in strengthening IE University’s presence in the USA market. The position combines management of the USA program portfolio with regional outreach, ensuring that marketing strategies are aligned with business objectives and effectively executed.
Working closely with business units in the USA, this role ensures that initiatives are adapted to the local market context and that business and marketing targets in the region are consistently achieved.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities
Your role as Marketing Manager - USA Portfolio and Outreach will involve:
 * Manage the USA program portfolio within Product Marketing, ensuring competitive positioning and differentiation.
 * Develop and execute marketing strategies for the USA market in collaboration with business units.
 * Align business priorities with marketing execution.
 * Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, events, fairs, email, social media) tailored to USA audiences.
 * Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide decision-making and anticipate trends.
 * Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the entire Commercial team—particularly the USA Global Markets team—and academic teams, to deliver integrated campaigns.
 * Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, ensuring ROI and continuous improvement.
 * Support cross-selling opportunities (undergraduate graduate, dual degrees, etc.) in the USA market.
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
 * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
 * A Master’s degree from a top University.
 * 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to education, digital, or brand marketing.
 * Strong understanding of the USA market and education system (preferably having studied high school, undergraduate, or graduate in the USA).
 * Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
 * Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and ability to manage complex projects.
 * Native English speaker with a high level of Spanish.
 * Availability to travel frequently to the USA.
