Group Accounting & Consolidation
* Monthly group financial consolidation
* Ensure consistent application, documentation and continuous improvement of group accounting policies (Swiss GAAP)
* Oversee statutory accounts and audits in coordination with external auditors
Internal Controls & Processes
1. Design, implement and continuously improve internal control systems (ICS) and finance governance in line with best practice
2. Strengthen financial controls, closing discipline and documentation across the group
