WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team, you will address one of our clients’ needs by providing support services for IT infrastructure management and IT service operations. You will take on a specialized technical role within the project team, handling tool administration and assessing improvements, with a particular focus on ServiceNow and its CMDB.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
For this position, we are looking for a specialized technician with at least 3 years of experience in Service Management projects to provide support services for IT infrastructure management and IT service operations.
We will also value previous experience and knowledge of:
- Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow tool (CSA), FCC’s corporate tool for ITSM process management.
- Experience in managing ITSM processes.
- Experience in creating reports and dashboards.
- ITIL Foundation v3 certification.
- High level of English is essential.
