About The Role
At Asolvi, we are seeking a Qualified Accountant to join our Finance Team. Reporting to Shareholders and the Regional Managing Director, your responsibilities will include producing financial and management reports for three locations: Spain, Argentina, and Colombia. You will coordinate with different offices and support relationship-building across the business.
This position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
What You Will Be Doing
* Preparing month-end reports and financial statements for 3 regions
* Managing month-end processes for these regions
* Handling financial administration tasks in Spain and coordinating with Argentina and Colombia
* Liaising with Directors and colleagues
* Supporting tax filings and legislative compliance (e.g., IVA)
* Collaborating with third-party providers
* Providing professional financial advice
* Mitigating risks and managing debt recovery
* Supporting group budget forecasts
* Managing payroll and authorizing payments
* Reconciling balance sheet accounts and managing the Fixed Asset Register
* Applying knowledge of revenue deferment and cost allocations for group reporting
* Utilizing advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Data Tables)
What You Will Need
* Qualified or part-qualified ICAC or equivalent
* Experience with accounting software in a similar role
* Strong analytical and costing skills
* Excellent bilingual communication skills (oral and written in both languages)
* Detail-oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Knowledge of legislative changes
* Adaptability, resilience, and a growth mindset
