CRM, Customer Success & Marketing Automation Associate – Mautic Specialist (Remote - CET ± 4 h)
This hybrid role combines hands-on Mautic expertise with multichannel Campaigns and Customer Success coordination across clients, internal devs, and the CEO.
You will be both the technical marketing operator ensuring campaigns run smoothly and the face of day-to-day value delivery for our managed deliverability and profitability-focused ESP offering.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Operations & Analytics
o Manage the Mautic stack – installations, upgrades, plugins, security.
o Access servers via SSH to audit and optimize cronjobs, fix misconfigurations.
o Run SQL queries on Amazon Athena to validate KPIs and generate insights.
o Monitor deliverability using tools like InboxTracker, Litmus, MXToolBox, maintaining inbox > 95%.
o Integrate Mautic with client websites, e-commerce, CDP, BI, and ad platforms via API/Webhooks.
* Customer Success & Coordination
o Serve as primary Success contact for assigned accounts: schedule stand-ups, gather requirements, track SLAs.
o Coordinate hand-offs between dev team, CEO, and clients; ensure clarity on expectations and timelines.
o Present weekly performance reports and identify next steps.
o Gather feedback for backlog and optimization ideas.
* Project Prioritization & Growth
o Manage JIRA boards with the CEO, prioritize based on ROI.
o Run small experiments (A/B tests, segment tests) and measure results.
o Identify and scope new potential clients (10 MM+ emails/month).
Skills & Traits We Value
* 2-4 years CRM/Automation experience, 1+ year as Mautic owner.
* SQL proficiency with Amazon Athena.
* Linux CLI skills: cron, grep, bash scripting.
* Ability to explain technical concepts to marketers and executives.
* Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
* Fast iteration mindset, resourcefulness, and familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT/Copilot.
* Bonus: experience with Optimove, Klaviyo, Braze, Iterable; French language skills.

* 30 days: Set up a new sending domain, configure DNS, warm-up, and document the process.
* 60 days: Manage Customer Success for one client with continuous growth and proactive issue resolution.
* 90 days: Autonomously handle 3 clients end-to-end, source and scope a new customer.
